Relay Instruments is a trading name of John Murphy, a sole trader. This page explains what personal data we handle and why. The short version: this website does not track you.

This website

The site has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no accounts and no forms. It does not load fonts, scripts or anything else from third parties.

It is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you email us

If you write to support@relayinstruments.com, we use your email address and message only to reply and to help you. We keep the conversation for as long as it is useful for support, and delete it on request.

Buying and licences

Our products are not on sale yet. When they are, purchases will be handled by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which will process your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We will receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver your licence, provide support and tell you about updates to products you own.

Our plugins do not collect usage data. To activate a licence, a plugin sends your licence key to the licence service to confirm it is valid, and checks it again occasionally.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@relayinstruments.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
