Relay Instruments is a trading name of John Murphy, a sole trader. These terms cover this website and our software. By using either, you agree to them.

This website

The site describes our products. We try to keep it accurate, but product details, prices and availability can change before release. The text, images, logos and product names on this site belong to Relay Instruments; please do not reuse them without asking, except to link to or write about our products.

Purchases

Our products are not on sale yet. When they are, orders will be processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, tax, invoices and refunds under its own terms. These terms will be updated with the details of the licence, refunds and support before anything is sold.

Software licence

Our software is licensed, not sold. A licence lets you install and use the software for your own music and audio work, including commercial releases; you keep everything you make with it. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the software, or share licence keys, except where the law allows it.

Free trials are for evaluation and stop working at the end of the trial period unless a licence is activated.

No warranty

The software is provided as it is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of faults or suit every setup, so please try the trial first. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost work or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
